being a tech founder, a family man and having 9 - 5, @alex wears many hats. he takes on all duties of a solo founder and that sometimes extends to doing the actual work, which includes fixing laptops for his clients. he's cool taking on everything else but patching damaged laptops, nope. he could master it just by patching more and more. but the time... attention... and artistry it demands - for him, it's just too much.

instead, he hands them all to us for patching. and because he brought in more ( hundreds ) damaged laptops than any other technician we've got on subscription.... our capabilities comfort him and he just allow us freedom to do our thing. he makes doing business with us easy, and for that - he gets priority service & flexible payments.
< it retains him more clients >
never has there been a laptop returned to him by a client, that was damaged and we patched. never. we work every laptop to be the last team to ever patch it.
< and it makes him more money >
rather than taking them on, he sends i literally all his clients with damaged laptops. we cut him a deal that's more fair to him than us, so he keeps more per laptop.
